I have been having so much fun incorporating chalkboard paint with my paintings!

I have a stack of cabinet doors to tackle, but I am struggling with the fact that my studio space is a complete disaster.  Seriously.  A.  Pit.
I LOVE me some Where Women Create magazine and get lost in the images of artists' actual creative spaces.  It's always so interesting to me how so many of these studios are filled with wonderful eye candy- - from other artwork to trinkets for the next project to crazy fun inspiration.
I, on the other hand, am horrible about needing my supplies, etc. put away behind the closet doors before I can really 'breathe' and begin creating.  During the creative process it's like a tornado in my studio, but after a large collection or project is done I MUST clean everything up and renew with a clean palette/space.
Some times it is easier than others.  This time, it's a real doozy.
It's so bad that I've REALLY been procrastinating and am having a hard time even stepping foot into the space.  I've got to kick it in gear, roll up my sleeves and start moving things around in there to find a solution.

Today though...I'm planting flowers in my urns outside!  :)
